Bees and Honey

Where does honey come from? No other place then honey bees,

But more importantly they pollinate thousands and thousands of food crops world wide

Honey is produced from flowers up to 5 miles. Hay Andy Honey is raw honey produced right here in Sandy Hook. Ever wonder why is different color? Depending on how strong the hive is honey maybe be able to be produced twice a year summer and fall. Different types of crops grow at different times

Wonder what the difference between local honey and store honey is? Raw Honey is no preservatives so raw honey can crystalize (crystalized honey is not bad honey just needs to be warmed up a little). Raw honey is great for seasonable allergies. Store bought Honey is honey with sugarcane so it doesn’t crystalize.
