up until summer of 2024 the hay would be cut with to Haybines. A Haybine is a bed of knifes that move back and forth like a sickle and push the cut hay out the back through two roll conditioners.
Summer of 2024 A 2017 Case IH DC92 Discbine was bought. A Discbine is much faster but also requires more Horsepower (65 to be exact). This machine has 7 discs with 2 blades per disc that spin counter clockwise. After the hay is cut the hay goes multiple hammers to start the drying process
